Shower drainer issue, how to fix it?

Not enough info here for us to work with. i understand it is a drain, but tell us a little about the material the shower is made from. I cannot tell the dimensions of this from the pictures provided. And what exactly is the problem?

Likely just a snap in, held in place with silicone.

I do not see a drain body, all i see is a pipe and grout

if no drain body, grout is porous, this whole thing is completly wrong and will leak.

but, without more info, can not be sure
