    how can i fix the damage to a interior hallow door

    you can buy the door at home depot for 29 dollars i' thinking it's a 2/6 door or 30 inches,but again you have to cut the knob hole and hinges it's hard to hide a hole like that completely good luck

    Water under sill plate

    you're first problem is the t1-11. I've had several jobs where it was almost the same problem i take a 3 x 3 piece of metal pry the bottom loose and remove any nails half of them are probably loose or pulled through and push the metal in behind it and down till it sits on the concrete do it all...

    Leak near hose bibb

    I have frost free, but always unhook my water hose and put a 1.50 styrofoam cover on it. So far so good .

    Can these wood windows be repaired or replace them?

    how did the water get in there in the first place ,? there has to be an entry point, did they put drip cap over top of them ?if there is no drip cap over the window that is probably your problem it shouldn't cost that much to fix them if there is no structural damage

    Twisted Joist

    the house probably is that old because the lumber looks to be true 2"x 10". the walls from what i can tell look like plaster ,also i noticed the old galvanized pipe under the house first i would take any screws and hangers holding the pipe to the joist loose ,then measure at the top in between...

    Cut outs for electrical outlets

    I've used lipstick on receptacles ,just put a good marking on the box and put your wood up against it and press ,red works great . As far as cutting them out invest about 20.00 for a oscillating tool they do a lot cleaner job and won't splinter the wood:)
