The first picture is the full fixture. Second one is the support wire wrapped around the chain because it snapped so it had no support. Last one is where it ripped out at and apparently it's happened before and wasn't appropriately patched.

I appreciate your reply I now learn that it was a swag hook that it was hanging on that was ripped out no wires are showing

My son pulled the chandelier out of the ceiling. The fixtures is still in tact but where it was hung there is a hole so what can I use to hang it back where it was without causing more damage Can add picture if needed?
