Hello,
I have been working on my basement (unfinished) when I have free time. I have been installing drywall over the last year and was preparing to paint. I noticed surface mold along the floor line (on the dryall - standard; non mold resistant drywall).
I am wondering if it simply caused...
Travelover/CraigFL you are right. I was reading the responses and got suspicious. This is a new home. When I did the house inspection I saw dirt and debris and removed everything that was visible, floating or at risk of getting into the impeller.
I have not had it the well dry... till recently...

placing a bond break (felt-paper) at the floor slab, then building up a more...
I am finishing up my rough-ins for the toilet and would like to confirm the final steps.
1) connecting a toilet-offset flange; do I caulk or glue?
2) same with the shower drain?
3) which concrete type should I use for the patch work and should I maintain the same concrete depth as the floor...
