i have. 10 yo Bose dishwasher with recently replaced pump by a monthly subscribed service contractor. It still doesn't work properly. It runs and runs and I can't get it to cancel or reset by pushing two buttons and water runs on floor. They said it isn't working because the garbage disposal is broken-really? So should chuck it and get a new one or hire independent repair guy.
