I moved in 4 years ago. This is my first house that have owned, or at least co-owned with a bank.
Since then, I have:
painted most rooms,
did some linoleum tiles,
did some carpeting,
did some ceramic tile work.
did some trim,
did some plumbing,
did some electrical, did some framing,
did a fence,
continuing to do grounds work.
Still have lots to do, but not sure whether I'll be doing it, or it will be done after the next owner moves in. I have learned lots, and know when to call a professional, and know why DIY is the way to go.
The professionals have:
resided the house,
did the roof,
wired up a ceiling fan,
poured a foundation for a new garage.
