I have an upstairs on my garage that is a small room and a bathroom. The previous owner said that he never used it and my family never uses it either so I plan on ripping the toilet, sink, and shower out with due time....when I get around to it.

Anyways, the ceiling is bowed in under the bathtub. The sheetrock has a bunch of cracks in it to. So my question to you guys is, do you think that I have a limited amount of time before something really bad happens? How worried should I be?:eek:

Pull the sheetrock off (sounds like you might need to replace it anyway), and see what it looks like. If the joists, etc are just bowed, you should be ok. if there's cracks, nails pulling out, etc, fix it asap.
