I have a 6-7 year old cedar fence and deck was stained with a semi-train parent stain when new. Now it is showing some age and need to be cleaned and stained/painted.
What are the proper steps for restraining / painting a previously stained fence and deck?
Should I keep it a semi-transparent or go solid? Is there a particular brand which is better than most? Is there a brand I should stay away from? Thanks.
