I got a washer that was suppose to be working.
It didn't.
No wash cycle.
This is one of those cheap looking basic computer controlled washers.
They come in different brands, but all looks almost the same.
It's the one with the row of six lights that tell the stages of the cycle.
The problem is a burnt out capacitor on the board.
Replaced the capacitor, and it worked great.
These washers are simple to work on.
Unless someone has removed it, there is a repair sheet taped inside.
Need to tilt the top up to get to it.
utube has a clip under 2 dollar electric washer repair.

Why not state the brand and model of your washer?

Instead of:

“This is one of those cheap looking basic computer controlled washers.
They come in different brands, but all looks almost the same.
It's the one with the row of six lights that tell the stages of the cycle.”

We should not always compromise on quality, spend more money، but take things for granted because we cannot buy new kitchen appliances after every few months. I am also using a very good company washer which has been running well for almost a year.
