How much would you charge rent to someone who wanted to live in your garage?

I am guessing certain factors affect it like is there a shower around? Is there a fridge and is it air conditioned?

How much would you increase the rent for each of these features?

are you in a cold or hot place and is it summer or winter determines heating/cooling

does your shower have hot water determines shower cost

And, the all important question, does your city planning/zoning allow you to do this?

And, really, without being in the area you're in, it's VERY hard for someone to guess what you could rent it for. Check local housing ads to see how much similar conversions rent for.
