Genie remote not working

Hi everyone,

I have a pair of Genie Pro88 door openers that are functioning great as long as I use the opener on the wall of the garage. However my remotes are not working.

These doors and remotes are ca. 1995. The batteries are fresh and the red light blinks rapidly when pressed and aimed at the doors. Any suggestions?

You probably have a "learn" button on the front of the opener.

What is the model number of the remote controls you are using?
I think the Pro88 units had the old dip switch style receiver boards.
Do you have more than one remote?
Did they both stop working at the same time?
Do they work on one unit but not the other?
