High Gloss?

What type of paint do you guys suggest for inside the garage? High Gloss, Satin, or Flat?

I'll probably be going with just basic white.

I went with Satin in my garage. It's white also. High gloss is too much.

I went with a soft white eggshell, it reflects light, easy to clean

Use a satin or semigloss they will be easier to keep clean than a flat. The high gloss is just to much.
