How to put in this one tile?

I had to remove one tile because it had a scratch. I try to put this one in and you can see it fits in all corners except the bottom-right.

Should I cut with a grinder a straight line along the right edge? If I just cut an angled piece off the bottom-right corner, then the grout pattern might look weird. It's in the middle of a main room.

The grout on the other tile isn't holding it up is it?

remove all the grout, and center the tile. If it is not resting on the other tile, it means you have schmutz under the tile that won't let it lie flat. Is the new tile from the same batch as the old tile?

Same batch.

I'll do this tomorrow. I'm not at that house.
