The best thing to do is to call a local rental place. The price differs depending on if they have to deliver it, how long you need it etc. You will probably save money in the end if you use a stepladder and an extension pole on a paint roller frame to paint it. You can find paint roller extensions that extend out 2' - 4' for $12 up to ones that go from 8' to 16' for $32, which will probably be easier and cheaper than the rental of a personnel lift.
