I have screen windows on my porch. These are made to accept vinyl windows (totally removable) that sit on the inside track of all the screens. I removed the vinyl windows. I am getting water coming inside through what looks like weep holes. It appears to only be happening on one section. Is there anyway to prevent water from coming in?

Water was getting all the way into to hit the top of the lawn mower in the corner about 12-18 inches away.

I guess the wind could be blowing the rain into the window..is this common?

It’s night time, but here are some more pictures.

The window sill should slope outward towards the weep holes to drain water, not let it in. If you just have screens are you sure the rain isn't coming in there?

It is possible, I guess there is no way to stop water from coming in through the screens.

You are correct, wind will drive rain through screens, and if it only happens in 1 section, put those windows back in, and remember to close them in the rain.
