Shower wall material, what is this

Hi,

I have been looking for a simple shower wall material that I can use in the shower stall for our off grid cabin. It does not see a lot of use, so I have some leeway in using less optimal materials.

Was on a campsite where they had the exact shower I had in mind. I’ve never been able to find the material they used here. Any ideas what it is?
