Silicone Sealant recommendation

I'm in Canada and need to source a brand of white silicone sealant with a removable nozzle. It seems most manufacturers have done away with removable nozzles. That's fine if you plan to use the whole tube in one go. Otherwise, the nozzle almost always ends up becoming plugged up. Without being able to take it off you can't remove the dried silicone and then the rest of the tube ends up going to waste. IMO, this is just a ploy by the manufacturers to force you to buy more sealant. Well, I refuse to buy any more tubes that don't come with removable nozzles. Does anyone know which stores sell decent quality silicone sealant that come with removable nozzles? TIA
