Steel Buildings

I am outgrowing my my 2 car garage and was thinking about putting up a steel building on the side of my house. I've heard it can be very loud in the rain though. Can I add some insulation and sheeting to the walls and ceiling?

They can be insulated and finished inside just like a standard wooden frame wall, for both heat and cold and sound proofing.
