I've got to throw my 2 cents in here..
I've been a professional handymen since 1974. I have tried most of the battery powered tool out there. I've tried Bosch, Dewalt, ( out of three of their drills 2 needed the trigger replaced within 1 year. At $37 for the part),Milwaukee (way too expensive for me, but great tools) and Makita (also expensive, but good too). Then I tried a Ryobi 18 volt set. They had just come out with the 18 volt line and the set cost me about $169. Drill, recip saw, 4 1/2" circular saw, and flashlight. I gave away the cir saw (it was crap then, but the newer one works well for me). I have now about 15 of their 18 volt "One+" tools and have been very happy with their quality and prices. I've replaced a couple of them and lost a few but would recomend them to anyone that isn't rich!! :great:
