Tiger stripes down vinyl siding during heavy rain

I had a new roof and siding installed in 2011. It is a rear dormered cape. During heavy rain my white vinyl siding develops tiger stripes like what you would see on gutters towards the bottom of the siding and down under windows. I always use a magic eraser to clean it off. This only happens right after heavy rain or after the winter. Is this normal? I have no trees on my property, the house is in the sunlight all day.

Pictures would help. But I'll guess it is dust and pollen that is washing down the walls. Not really sure how to prevent this, except for periodic washing (or at least hosing down) the house.

Dirt will accumulate on and around window sills and moldings, and the rain will wash it loose, but won't wipe.

I will take a picture next time it happens i wiped them clean. Possible i missed a spot i will check and post pictures. I clean my windows regularly and power wash with the product "wet it and forget it" twice a year.

What kind of siding do you have? Color may also make a difference.

A few more guesses that could be cleared up with a picture of the house.
Not enough overhang on the roof and or shingles so waters running down the side of the siding.
No gutters.

Thank you for the replies. I took some pictures. Hopefully you can see the stripes. They happen on the bottom 3 to 4 portions of siding. I cleaned them but you can kind of see it. I also took pictures of the roof overlap and my end caps of the siding. The right extends more than the left. Doesnt look right to me.

I've looked at the pics twice (once when you first posted them). I don't see anything unusual, maybe someone else will. And I don't see any streaking in these pics. Perhaps they are obscured by the shadows. Between dust and pollen, it's hard to keep a house clean. Textured vinyl doesn't help much.
