Found some pics from my very first remodeling project on my first house. The bathroom was a mess ... the old lady had let tub water seep through the floor tile and the floor joists were both warped and dry rotted. I was clueless as I tore into the walls (back to studs) and floor (back to joists).

Here are the pics ... Do YOU have pics from your first serious project? Could be fun to compare!

OK, so here is how my wife dressed me for the first time to add insulation in the attic (she was pregnant and we were freezing) ...

I wish I had photos. When I broke into drywall in the bathroom the wall leaned over about 3 inches toward the kitchen, nothing but drywall tape holding it in place. Easy demo..

Did you catch the old braided Romex draped on the tub drain in Pic #3? OMG! What was the electrician thinking?????? And they did not have GFCI in those days when the house was built ....
