I just did this with my 3 season porch. I white-washed the boards before installing as I didn't want to be finishing over my head. Additionally, if you are going to install recessed lighting, it is easier to have the boards finished when cutting.

Like the title says...Do I install my appliances prior to the cabinet team installing the cabinets, or wait until after? There will be fills around the stove and the fridge will have side panels.

I got the vanity in and plumbed, toilet set and hooked up and the shower fixture/cartridge installed. YAY!

I had the same thing and it was the draft inducer fan. Easy to replace and took care of the problem. I paid about $100 for online parts and about 30 minutes of my time.

Thanks, guys! Got the repair done and my tile guy built the pan and curb. The caulder fitting worked like a charm. Now the tile can start to be laid.
Of course, I forgot to take pictures...DOH!
During the week I carry a Spyderco Chaparral and on the weekends or when working around the house it s a Boker Klanashlov AK-47, which is my beater knife. Really tough keeps an edge and even took a drop onto concrete on the tip last week. no damage.

Sorry, cast iron. As it ends up, the angle doesn't seem too severe with the bit of play in the drain assembly. I did speak with one plumber who wanted to break up the concrete all the way to the floor drain in the laundry, meaning walls would come down and re-do everything. Not happening.
