We have a Fridgidaire dishwasher whose door spring is making a creaking noise when closing the door. Not opening the door although, that has changed pitch as well. Due to a disability I am unable to get down on the floor to inspect the offending helix but I sprayed so silicone back in there a couple of weeks ago with some short success. Does anyone have a clue? We're about to downsize and don't want to be on the hook for a new one when we list the house. TIA
