First off, thank you for taking the time to offer any ideas toward this situation.
If these pictures aren't good enough, I can take some more.
The situation is, theres this 4 inch area beneath the exterior of my home between where the exterior wall ends and the foundation starts that I want to cover up. The slab has a rough border, so it extends out farther into the yard than the exterior in places. I was thinking about renting a demo hammer, chipping back the edges of the slab that stick out, and planting some pavers that are painted to match the wall so it covers this ugly recession.
I'm looking for any other ideas, or feedback on this one. Namely, if I chip a few inches off the slab to make it flush with the wall, would I risk any serious damage to the foundation.
