U user 4883 Well-Known Member Joined Nov 19, 2007 Messages 3,271 Reaction score 399 Jun 10, 2009 #2 Sometimes you can get them unfrozen by plugging it in, turning it on and place a block of wood, flush to the compressor's side and give it a sharp rap with a hammer. The trick is to not hit too hard so as to upset the internals of the compressor.
