I'm the furthest thing from a tree hugger,
I needed more electicity so I can watch more porn!

nah, power co is asking for rate hike, and tired of being at someones mercy,

called the power co, they offer .05 per watt generated, ( and not used by me)
plus will pay a tax rebate about $2500, plus fed tax credit,
hoping for 0 elect bill per mo.
elect co requires specific inverter, with cut off/ anti back feed, etc,
that means it will cost twice as much as it should!
but..... if I choose NOT to get any rebates or power credits, then I can do as I wish, and install any style or brand, as long as its NEC approved.
as the connection will be on my side of the power meter.
for now, I'll play their game, and comply,

I'm broke, no $$$
no ambition,

searching for inverter/controller.
need to handle 10kw, (expensive)
and have to get approval from elect co for plans,
they are pretty lax, and just want prints for records.

we had 60+mph winds here last night,
power was out for over 13 hrs,
so.. thats something I need to consider when doing panel
brackets/mounts.
power outage was last straw, headed out to garage to finally hook up 16kw
stand by generator, its a generac, with Kohler V twin eng, runs on propane,
has weekly run/test mode.
problem with power outage... no water! as pump doesn't run without elect.
going to wire it into the garage as I have a 100amp service panel,
will have to install lockout ,so it won't back feed the power grid.

its only 45 here today, opposed to 75 yesterday! gimme the heat! can't do the cold!
