Check to see if they left any of the fittings unglued. Sometimes they leave one so it can be pulled apart for cleaning access. If not try using a shop vac on the discharge end of the line. Take a rag and use it to make your shop vac hose tight around the discharge end of the line and turn the vacuum on. That will usually suck the slimy clog out of the line. Sometimes you will even hear the line open by listening to the whine of the machine.
