Hi all, I am currently in a year long gut renovation project that has me at my wits end. From day 1 I let our contractor know that we’d like to cement our entire backyard and he basically brushed it off and kept saying we have plenty of time for that. Well, the time has come and now that I requested he start cementing, he tells me we can’t cement the back yard because of the drywells. I have no idea what he’s talking about but I am aware that 3 large drywells were installed underground in our backyard. Two large ones for the house and one smaller one for the garage. Now, correct me if I’m wrong but shouldn’t they have connected additional pipes running from the drywall to specific areas in the backyard leading to drains? Please give me a rundown of how this is supposed to work if my goal is to cement the backyard and driveway. I’m losing sleep over this because there’s a never-ending issue with everything I’ve requested and I’m getting fed up. Thank you so much!
