Chemical resistant flooring

We started a company recently. We are doing battery and UPS manufacturing and service. Almost construction works has finished. Flooring work is still incomplete. We are planning to give this contract to some companies like Proseal Concrete Floor Care Systems Inc. They are providing conductive and chemical resistant flooring in Toronto(Removed link to website). What kind of flooring would be more appropriate for a battery shop conductive flooring or chemical resistant flooring?

I think Proseal concrete floor care systems inc should do a little more research on who they hire for their marketing before going with the lowest bidder.
