About three days ago had some concrete pour on the side of the driveway/house (expanding the driveway). Anyways, the contractor didn't chisel a part of the footing/left over mortar from the mini bricks wall next to it.
Can I chisel myself when the concrete cures? Its about 1.5" tall & wide. I can patch whatever is needed on the wall. The bricks had lots of cracks from aging and a car once hit it. Contractor charged me 100 bucks to plaster them which looks nice but forget the part.
Before concrete was poured, it was easily an oversight since one would thing the pouring of the concrete would be higher ( I didn't catch it).
Try to fix it or leave it alone before I do more damage?
