I haven't viewed the court order but have no reason to doubt it. It took a court order to get the data released. Here is one hit I got on google;
AUSTIN, Texas , Oct. 3, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- In response to a lawsuit filed by Siri & Glimstad LLP on behalf of the Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN), the CDC has released the first set of data from its v-safe program. V-safe is a smartphone-based program created by CDC specifically for Covid-9 vaccines. It allows users to register and provide health check-ins after receiving a Covid-19 vaccine.
A formal legal request for the v-safe data was submitted to the CDC in June 2021. After two lawsuits were filed on behalf of ICAN, and following months of legal wrangling, the CDC finally capitulated in a court order that required it to produce this data.
The first set of v-safe data just produced by the CDC pursuant to the court order includes the responses that over 10 million v-safe users provided in v-safe's pre-populated check-the-box fields.
Out of the approximate 10 million v-safe users, 782,913 individuals, or over 7.7% of v-safe users, had a health event requiring medical attention, emergency room intervention, and/or hospitalization. Another 25% of v-safe users had an event that required them to miss school or work and/or prevented normal activities.
There were also 71 million symptoms reported in the pre-populated fields. This is an average of more than 7 symptoms reported per v-safe user. Reported symptoms include, for example, over 4 million reports of joint pain. While around 2 million of these joint pain reports were mild, over 1.8 million were for moderate joint pain and over 400,000 were for severe joint pain. It is noted that v-safe includes data from less than 4 percent of individuals who received a Covid-19 vaccine in the United States.
There were also around 13,000 infants under 2 years of age registered in v-safe. Among these infants, over 33,000 symptoms were reported, with the most common symptoms being irritability, sleeplessness, pain, and loss of appetite.
The data also reflects a disproportionate amount of negative health impacts, including medical events, following the Moderna vaccine versus the Pfizer vaccine and shows a disproportionate number of negative events reported by women versus men.
Since the data is voluminous, ICAN has generated a v-safe dashboard to present it in a user-friendly format for the public. This v-safe dashboard can also generate the statistics noted above and is available at www.icandecide.org/v-safe-data/.
V-safe provides users with a limited number of fields to choose from when reporting health events as well as free-text fields. The data produced thus far is limited to the pre-populated fields within v-safe. Siri & Glimstad's attorneys leading these lawsuits, Aaron Siri and Elizabeth A. Brehm, will continue to litigate to obtain the data submitted by v-safe users in the free-text fields.

A small batch of documents released by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in mid-November 2021, as a result of a suit forcing their hand, revealed that in the first three months of the COVID jab rollout, Pfizer received 42,086 adverse event reports that included 1,223 deaths.
The first really large tranche of Pfizer documents — some 10,000 pages — was released by the FDA March 1, 2022. Included are nine pages of recorded side effects, about 158,000 different health problems in all.
To have 1,223 fatalities and 42,086 reports of injury in the first three months is a significant safety signal, especially when you consider that the 1976 swine flu vaccine was pulled after only 25 deaths.
The details of these documents reveal outrageous and damning information that both the FDA and Pfizer grossly manipulated data and concealed dangers that are now apparent.

when you "vaccinate" against an acute respiratory virus, you are creating what is called "specific antibodies" that only attack one particular strain of virus, in this case, the original virus BA.1. So now that you have inoculated yourself 4-times with a formula that only specifically attacks BA.1 and nothing else, you are therefore allowing the virus to mutate and circulate not only to the vaccinated population but the unvaccinated population.
The unvaccinated have what is called "non-specific antibodies", meaning they have antibodies that are not specific to fight one particular virus. Their innate non-specific antibodies will attack ALL TYPES of viruses without prejudice, which allows them to build up an immune memory to better combat new variants.
If all humans on the planet stopped vaccinating against contagious viruses, many of them would go extinct, much like smallpox and the older contagious viral diseases.
This is a very controversial subject because a lot of people believe that vaccines are the reason why smallpox and other viruses have been eradicated. But that is simply not the case, ancient diseases like smallpox are extinct because humankind built up a natural immunity from it way before the dawn of the vaccine area began. A nd of course with the improvement in sanitation practices. Unfortunately, we still have influenza, sars, mumps, pertussis, and now COVID because vaccines have allowed these viruses to flourish within our human community by weakening our non-specific antibodies in favor of specific antibodies that allow these viruses to mutate and proliferate in our community.
We will never have herd immunity due to this fact because people are so indoctrinated and inclined to vaccinate. But fortunately for all, the coronavirus has mutated into a far less severe virus that has become less deadly, to the unvaccinated in particular due to the fact that we have our non-specific antibodies and our cytotoxic CD8 killer t-cells in working order.

Interesting that the CDC has admitted their 'flawed response' to what we've all been experiencing the past few years - and have vindicated to a large extent what they labeled as 'misinformation spreaders' by validating much of what, in many cases, precisely what they have been 'spreading' from the beginning. Although this may sound like a valid correctional response, Rochelle Walensky et al. refused to address the most pressing and relevant issues that are far too long to list here. In fact, it is now widely acknowledged that governmental responses have been extremely and tragically reckless.
But, unfortunately some disillusioned folks, including governmental agencies are STILL at it. Even using this as an excuse to demand more funding!
What's even more astounding is that a major drug company and the FDA were sued because they would not comply with a Freedom of Information Act. Even after that, they wanted to bury the data for 75 years. What came out is beyond astounding. They're STILL trying to get away with their many times lethal shenanigans.
This extremely disillusioned mindset demonstrates total disregard for nature and natural processes. The leading cause of death as of now is medicine and medical errors.
