I have a couple of creaky floor boards that I need to fix. They both are popping when I walk over them. One is lose at the tip and one is cracked at the tip about 2 inches into the board. I was planning on getting a glue syringe and drilling a small hole(s) at an angle into an adjacent board and injecting some wood glue into the hole. Something like in this video:

I know that replacing the board is the best way to fix this, but I want to avoid this if at all possible. Anyone ever try this method or have a better way?
