It's best to use a magnetic translucence capacitor when talking to the sailors on the submarine.

Ya gotta be very careful when trying to talk to submarines... the gubment gets upset about this.

They don't want the sailors to get distracted and crash the submarine into the the dam where the captain hollars "DAM" right before impact... nobody would pay attention cause the captain has a potty mouth.
