We just moved into a home that has an interesting tub/shower in the master bath. It has nice tile but no glass (or room for a shower a rod) to help keep water in. I would really like to have some glass installed...but im kinda scared about how expensive it will be. If I have glass installed, I'll probably be inclined to rip the tub instert out ...but that could require redoing all the tile? Thoughts?

Not enough photos. However rip out the end of the bath, put up a single sheet of glass along one side and have a walk in shower. Also get the mercury taken out of the glass to make it see through.

I ripped my tub and put in a walk in shower. I put in custom cut rimless clear glass and love it. I treat the glass with RAIN-X and we use liquid soap which leaves no soap scum so it's not a clean up problem.
