how do Epoxy floors hold up to scrubbing? The texture makes it seem like it would tear up rags and such.

If you have SO much texture on your floor that it will TEAR UP A RAG, I am assuming you have a 'Quartz' epoxy floor.

None the less to DIRECTLY answer your question. You can use (with most epoxies) ALMOST ANY cleaning chemical from bleach to acid and so on to clean floors with NO adverse effects if it is applied scrubbed and rinsed off well.

I would advise you to check with the product manufacturer to determine compatibility for exposures over a 15-30 min time frame common with a good cleaning.

My Personal Preference for cleaning most (not Quartz though) is just....

PLAIN WATER

for tougher stains let soak for a few minutes and SQUEEGEE off.

I like a Folded Foam rubber squeegee you can buy at Walmart for $8

Quartz again lots of clear water and a stiff bristled broom.

Good Luck!
