My wife forgot to tell me.
One time when I was still speaking to my daughter, we were in Germany visiting my mother-in-law.
My mother-in-law’s Cleaning Lady [a "putzfrau"] was there, the CL doesn’t speak English. I don’t speak much German.
It turns out that the [married] cleaning lady was strongly attracted to the landlord of the apt. my wife & I were renting.
Later my kid went with some high-rolling German official. I never met him. I think she met him thru her job.
The cleaning lady now follows my kid on social media but she needs a translating site to understand.
Then my wife translates what the cleaning lady says over the phone.
So now my kid broke up with the German guy. I think my kid, raised apart from me, has “men trouble.”
If anybody is still reading this, could this be a script for a soap opera? Or just ordinary gossip?
Maybe if I beef it up a bit, make up some stuff?
