Hello, I have a Home that has an addition built on it. The problem that I am having is the roof that was built onto the additional room doesn't have a steep enough pitch to it and keeps having issues with leaks. I have had numerous repairs done and still have leaks because of the pitch of the roof. I was told that I could have the roof rebuilt however, that would be very expensive. I was thinking that I would double coat that section of the roof with a special roofing coating and then put some special thick felt covering on it before having a metal roof installed over the whole roof of my house. Can anyone give me some advice and suggest the best roof coating and the best felt covering to use? Thanks in advance
