Toilet Paint

This is a strange idea but I was at a mechanic's shop where they had a sticker logo on the inside of their toilet bowl. How do I do that?? I think it is a neat idea.
Maybe I could also paint something and seal it with a clear coat of something? Seems difficult though.
What kind of paint do use on toilets anyways?

A self-adhesive vinyl decal might be a better option. If you did want to paint, you'd probably want to scuff up the porcelain then use automotive paints, with many, many layers of clearcoat.
