Is there any issue with having a clothes washer and a hest freezer on the same 15A circuit?

Technically yes there is. A clothes washer should be on a dedicated "laundry circuit".
Chest freezer and clothes washer on same 15 amp circuit may trip the breaker depending on the size of the chest freezer motor.

If both are running at the same time but started at different times such as the washer was going and then the chest freezer started up it may trip the breaker. The chest freezer pulls far more power at start up than at run time. You would have to check the name plate rating on the chest freezer to know.

But be careful. Test it first. You would hate to come back to the freezer two days after it tripped the breaker and you did not know to find defrosted food in the freezer. My preference would be to have the freezer on a dedicated 20amp circuit.
