Hey all, I’m new here and I like being a DIY kind of guy. I’m having issues with my whirlpool top load (H.E.) not filling with cold water. I have replaced the actuator on the bottom, hot/cold inlet valves and the hoses. I have great pressure from the wall but, all it does is buzz, and not fill with cold water. So, it gets stuck unless I fill it with a garden hose. Then it will start to cycle if again. What do you think needs to be replaced now? Yes, I have done the recalibration process, multiple times.

Just a wild stab, but did you switch out the supply line, or at least check it for flow?
