wiring to disconnect/fuse size

I have a question on wiring to heat pump system and shut off fuse sizes-i know it gets a bit different with breakers and heat pumps-

if i have 2 100 amp breakers at panel and 4 ton 2 phase heat pump unit that requires double 60s-ac/air and another double 60s-heat in the fuses in disconnect will i be ok since heat and air AC arent ususally ever both getting utilized to the max at same time.?

No such thing as "shut off fuses".
2, 100 amp. breakers for what?
No such thing as a double 60 amp. breaker, more likely a double poled 60 amp. breaker. (total amp's. it rated for is 60 amp.)
Why would you need a fused disconnect outside if there's a breaker panel inside?
Considered having a real licensed electrician hook this up for you?
