I need some advise. I've made a new room in my house and I put up a half wall of tounge and groove pine and stained it a chestnut color. So a dark brown basically. The dry wall is a sand color so a real light brown. It looks great but I'm having trouble deciding what to do with the floor. I want a laminate/wood floor but do I go dark like the wall or light??? Thanks for the help

The general rule is if your walls are a light color then a dark wood floor or even a light color floor but never dark walls and floors.
