I am in the process of putting up a wire fence using t-posts and 14 gauge wire with wire tighteners. I have driven the t-posts into the ground using the a t-post driver tool. I've put on the wire and used t-post clamps and then used the t-post tighteners to get the wire taut, which works very well. However, there are a couple of t-posts that are getting pulled down at an angle when I tighten down the wire (see the attached image). How can I straighten the t-post back up without breaking the wire and keeping the post up straight?
All in all the fencing has been going well other than just a couple of t-posts that are getting pulled down at a angle due tightening down the wires. Perhaps I didn't place the t-posts correctly or maybe there were a couple in the ground that just did not have enough strength within the ground. Either way, I'd like to get the t-posts straightened, if possible so I can finish with the wire fencing.
