Hello Bob D and welcome to the Forum:
Pull the fridge out, clean and dry the pan underneath, vacum all the lint out, check to see if there is a red reset button on the compressor, make sure the little circulating fan inside is working. If it is not working the compressor can't do much until it kicks off on over-pressure. Empty everything out including shelves and make sure the channels are open for the air to flow around. Air has to exchange between the freezer part and refrigerator part to make it work. Most refrigerator compartments have no cooling capability at all; they just borrow from the freezer.
