i have a old block house with flat sand stone around the bottom stuco on the rest how do i remove the stone its falling off in some places it looks bad hammer chisal? then what to do with the wall thanks

Welcome to the site, Hammer and chisal sounds about right, taking care not to damage the block. If you are really brave you try a small jack hammer with a spade bit. I would look at replacing it with modern looking rock or light weight concrete, looks like rock. Lots to choose from.

thanks may be i could match the stuco thats on the top how thick can stuco be put on in case i cant get all cement from stone off
