Canned Light

I have a small living room above my garage so the clearance is low and I need about 100 watts per canned light if possible. Nobody at Lowe's was able to help me. Can anyone here?

I would not recommend recessed lighting for a garage if you are turning it into any sort of work space. Surface lighting will give you better light. Also with living space above you will create viods in the insulation for heat/ cold and noise to transfer through the floor. Recessed cans can not have insulation above. They sell insulated cans but is is pretty much a joke.
