Look for a licenced locksmith in the yellow pages. As for recommending someone, you need to ask someone where you live. Start with a local realtor, they are always dealing with this issue.

I discovered a while back that you can take all your locks to the big box store and they will rekey them anyway you want them.

Any of our local big box stores will rekey but you have to buy a least one new lockset from them. Regardless, if you are inclined to operate a screwdriver you can change all your own locks.

You might be surprised to find that having your existing hardware rekeyed could be cheaper that buying all new hardware. Make some calls and let us know what you find.
