Cleaning floors

In the 14 years that I have lived in my house, I have never ever cleaned the floors. But I decided that it's about damn time. They are basic concrete garage floors with pretty thick oil stains. I was wondering what the best method was for cleaning garage floors like this? Don't wanna spend an outragious amount of money either.

As someone who has been involved in floor refinishing, I have an appreciation for how much work this was but it sure was worth it. The floor looks beautiful. So I want to paint my wood floor, in a diamond pattern alternating between stain and paint. Thanks for sharing…
