I can't decide on Epoxy or AZROCK??
I am doing this job myself and want to know which one is cheaper and which one is more durable?

It's about an 850 sq. ft. garage.

First I have NO IDEA exactly how much Azrock is.

I do know that it is usually a 6' wide material that is generally 'welded' at the seams. (not usually DIY) I have seen people who LOVE it others who HATE it. My opinion it looks 'tacky'

Epoxy would give you a 'seamless' floor, it is THINNER and so LESS DAMAGEABLE.

The Edges of the Azrock I could see being an issue over time at the door ways and other areas may begin to curl up or tear or ???

LONG term in 15+ years you want to spruce up your floor ALL it takes is a light coat of Clear and you have another 15+ years for pennies compared to replacing the old flooring.:)

Hope this helps
