How to Repair Holes Drilled into Mortar?

I tried to install a flag pole holder and guess I had some travel with the rotary hammer drill that caused my holes to not be level or aligned properly. I picked up a scratch awl and will start with a smaller pilot hole on the next attempt.

However, I have four holes that were drilled into the mortar between bricks using a 5/16-in masonry drill bit to a depth of 1 1/2" that I would like to fill if possible.

What is the correct method to do this and what materials should be used?

You might be able to find a matching masonry caulk. Or find a gray mortar to match. It is a lot more than you'll need but it is relatively cheap.
